What is the Pipeline?

If you’re a student or job seeker, the Kansas Career Pipeline is the most sophisticated job search tool you can use. It lets you use the internet to dial in career options that fit your interests, match your skills, and resonate with your values. Then the Pipeline becomes a passageway to education, career training … and employers who are looking for someone exactly like you.

If you’re an educator, the Pipeline helps you connect your students’ studies to real-world careers. Postsecondary educators can connect with the students best suited to benefit from their schools’ offerings.

If you’re an employer, the Pipeline can cut your employee recruitment and retention costs by helping you place exactly the right person in the right job. It can also give you access to labor trends that allow you to strategically plan for the future of your company’s human resource requirements.
